Did not have a treatment at all. First the appointment was rescheduled by Stevlana for the week after. When I reached in time for the scheduled appointment she didn’t show up. When I and her colleague called her several times she didn’t pick up the phone. Then i sent her a what’s app and after waiting for 10 minutes she sends a message that she can’t make it. Highly unprofessional behavior. If you can’t make it learn to cancel the appointment.
