Jhosy was very nice, the treatment itself hurts a lot. But it was my first time ever so that's normal. It still hurts a bit but it was only 2 days ago. I am curious if next time is less painful. :)

The highlights were good, but I wanted blond instead of ash. The price was much higher than the estimate, so I did not like that. The haircut was good, but the hairdresser lacked vision. Finally, everybody really liked my make over, so that is a big plus. Also the crew was friendly and the coffee great!
