The overall experience was okay. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and made some unprofessional (and slightly rude) comments about my nails. It was not a particularly relaxing experience compared to services I have received at other places in terms of service and atmoshpere. But it is affordable and the manicure itself has lasted well so far.
