It wasn't too bad but not as I expected, the lady was really nice but still the tintes they use might be too dark if you have very light skin and/or hair color so the results are not as natural-looking as expected compare to other places Also while getting my treatment you could hear outside the cabinet they were playing very loud music which didn't make the experience very relaxing or the place professional enough in my opinion
