Overall experience was great , very clean and nice place !! Great atmosphere overall !! However, their website lists a price for BIAB Manicure so I was expecting to receive also the services of trimming and cutting the cuticles but the lady explained that this is not included in the price so I needed another appointment (booked only telephonically) to receive this ! This is unacceptable and misleading as whoever reads the description expects to receive also manicure and not only the painting.

Mijn biab nagels zijn er heel netjes afgehaald, met nog versteviging waardoor mijn natuurlijke nagels nu nog extra lang mooi en lang blijven.
