First time getting facial threading. I was wearing foundation, but the staff didn’t clean my face or ask if it was clean before starting. My face burned immediately afterward, and I was told it would pass, but the next day I developed a severe rash across the treated areas that lasted six days. A very upsetting experience. The salon should ensure clients’ faces are cleaned before treatment.
