I booked the keratin hair treatments for €80 euros to find out that for my hair it costs €200 +. Ok but it would’ve been great to know the exact prices upon arrival. Then I waited 15 minutes to pay the rest via card. After a few days I came back to purchase shampoos to find out that I was supposed to iron my hair every day. This wasn’t communicated to me or if it was it was in very broken ENG. it’s questionable if the treatment will last. The salon offered nothing in return. No apologies.
