The person who cut my hair did not seem very experienced. For my haircut I wanted layers, but what was given was just a straight cut near the ends, and the left side was made too short. Now the two sides of my hair don't match in length, and I have to go to another salon to fix it. My hair was brushed with a plastic brush which still had hair from other people. For washing after the olaplex treatment scalding hot water was used which I think damaged my hair more than the treatment I paid for.
