Absolutely amazing experience from the minute I entered to when I left. They just have the 5 star keratin treatment like no other in Amsterdam . Ela stood out for me made me feel so comfortable talked me through everything he was doing and even suggested what my next treatment could be which I was fully on board with. Amazing service, staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Loved my hair cut and the styling left feeling super confident. Even got a delicious coffee and lovely glass of Prosecco from the kind receptionist. Definitely coming back again !!

My hair is literally ruined. First the bangs are cut in different lengths so I'll definitely need to go somewhere else to even them out, my hair is burned by the blow dry - it already smelled burnt while she was doing it and I asked her to be careful but she told me it was normal. The sink where she washed my hair was super dirty and full with hair. My hair was also not washed properly as I have places where the shampoo was not washed off. In general the most terrible experience and my hair is ruined
