I had such an awful experience with the nail artist Phuo!
1. She forcefully removed all my pink powder extension by putting another nail tip underneath! During the process, my natural nail got ripped and bled a lot, didn't get an apology. I've never seen a nail artist removing extensions like this.
2. The butterfly decorative stones all came off after 2 days - They were never placed and covered properly.
Overall, extremely disappointing and painful. I would never come back for her.

Heel fijn, nagels zien er super uit. M’n eigen nagellak zat nog een beetje op m’n nagels na het verwijderen, is niet erg omdat er gellak op zit, maar extra punten als dat de volgende keer ook netjes weg is :)

The salon looks great and Phuo is friendly. However, my experience was unpleasant. The treatment was rushed and she got very annoyed when having to redo some nails. When deciding on nail art for 2 fingers, she did not mention this would be charged extra. Not to mention, I asked for a simple smiley and if I could add the picture you would understand my disappointment. Please be more critical of your own work & mention any additional costs earlier..

The salon is very clean, nice staff and especially I am satisfied with my final results. The nails look very put togheter and the products used for this treatment were a good quality ones. I recommend this nail salon to everyone!
