I paid for a manicure with no polish because I wanted my nails to grow out strong and healthy again. After using a rough drill over the first nail I said no, I am trying to get them healthy again and I don't want to damage the surface. She responded 'I will do it very gently' and proceeded to damage every nail with rough, visible scratches from the drill that I am still trying to grow out. There wasn't even any gellac to remove so I have no idea why she did this, but I won't be coming back :(

Pedicure was good but my manicure started coming off 4 days later. It was gel so I expected it to last at least a couple of weeks!
