I made an appointment, paid in advance. They didn't see the appointment in their calendar. So I suspect they just called in one of the workers from the nail salon to the pedicure. Within 3 minutes, my foot was bleeding due to her hacking at my food with a blade too roughly. She then plastered it up. Then continued to hack and my other foot, where I told her to stop, and just work on my nails. I left the salon limping.

Regular customer (Elandsgracht), went Singel due to no booking. Very disappointing: BIAB removal took ~10 min per finger, technician changed mid-way, and my nail was broken during removal. Instead of fixing it for free as usual, they wanted to charge me. I asked to leave then, but no refund, so I stayed and let do my nails even if they looked uneven. Final result was okay, but service was unacceptable and they didn’t take responsibility for the damage. A big NO.

Vorige keer was positief. Vriendelijke medewerker die de tijd voor je nam. Nu kwam ik bij iemand anders waarbij je kon merken dat ze haast hadden. Mijn nagels had ik bewust lang laten groeien en omdat vijlen te lang duurde werden ze tekort geknipt.

Ik ging heen voor de manicure en pedicure met gellak en werd geholpen door Lingh. Wat een fijne ervaring! Direct de volgende afspraak geboekt. Lingh werkt heel netjes en schat goed in wat je wilt. Ook spreekt ze heel goed Engels waardoor het contact gemakkelijk gaat. Het was erg gezellig. Tot snel!
