Not a very professional place at all. The nail person was 15 mins late. He then didn’t know to cut or shape my nails… which was literally in the description of the booking. It was generally dirty and disorganised - they couldn’t find anything in their drawers. I wanted to leave after they removed my old shellac but they insisted that I stay to finish it off. It took an hour. I will not be back.

Horrible manicure. No proper filing/shaping, Vivien only filed the tips, not the edges. Way too expensive for a awfully done job.
