Although I booked a manicure, no actual manicure was performed, only the old polish was removed and new polish was applied.
When I politely mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the shape of my nails, the nail technician responded by saying that if I didn’t like it, I could go to another salon. I found this unprofessional and dismissive.
To make matters worse, while my nails were still drying, the technician started filing her own broken nail and applying a fake nail to herself.
