Not a great experience here, very rude employee who was short and snappy in her responses, clearly hates her job and has no idea about customer service. She burnt my nail and ripped the nail separator off my foot when finished, didn’t ask if I liked them and just asked me to pay straight away. Would not recommend to anyone who visits! Pay €10 more and go somewhere nicer as sometimes that €10 is worth it for a better experience instead of paying €35 euro and you feel like you wasted your money.

Een hele slechte ervaring. Het personeel is niet professioneel, de hygiëne is slecht en de prijzen zijn veel te hoog. Bij sommige nagels liet de nagellak al na een paar dagen los. Ik was totaal niet tevreden met mijn ervaring. Ik raad deze plek absoluut niet aan. Zoek liever een alternatief, want deze salon is echt slecht, duur en onhygiënisch.
