The location is on the third floor of a hotel. The salon seems clean and is kept tidy. The facial is good for someone who just needs a steam and a mask. If you're looking for a facial with professional-grade products such as Dermalogica or Skinceuticals and a thorough cleansing , then definitely go elsewhere.
