Key things of this place I loved. First of all absolute professionalism, great technique of Andres, great taste too. Trust him, and he will do all in best way. Andres was on time and I didn't have to wait a single minute, which practically never happened before, especially in other 'on expensive side' places. There was no single chopped hair on my face after the haircut, and was no need to clean it with paper/brush etc. Place is beautiful and cozy, without ugly 'hairdresser's' lights from above that make you look like 100 years old. I'm happy I found it and hope to be a long term client here.
Andres is the loveliest person ever! He is very welcoming. Every time I go get my hair trimmed and brushed it looks healthy, shiny and beautiful! It has been difficult for me to find someone that understands my hair and he is just perfect at what he does! Thank you Andres :)
Terrible service, despotic treatment of the hairdresser, Andres. After finishing my haircut, I wasn't happy with the cut, so I asked him to continue cutting and fix it. Instead, he told me I could pay with a card or cash and he rudely kicked me out. Also while washing my hair he made me feel very uncomfortable by his strange attitude, even up to the point that I came to think he was doing some advances on me… Since I didn’t comply with those attitudes he turned rude…Totally unprofessional… I don’t recommend this place to anyone…
Very very very happy with my hair by Andres! He lightened my hair for me and not only am I so happy with the result, but I felt so comfortable the whole time. He let me know what each step was and kept me updated. And the way he styled it afterwards was also great (usually my hair gets very frizzy after a blowout but not this time). He really knows what he’s doing and I felt even before seeing the result that I could trust him
The first time I left a hairsalon in the Netherlands satisfied. Andres was pleasant, took his time, and generally made me feel comfortable leaving my hair in his care. I told him, the only complaint I had was that I would not be able to style my hair as good as he did, but he replied, if the haircut is good then the hair will fall on the right place. Sure enough the next day, his words were verified. Highly recommended, and will visit again.
