Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for no length to be cut and only wanted shape and volume, but a large amount of my hair was chopped off. I spent over a year growing it, so this was extremely upsetting. When I politely explained my disappointment and requested a refund, there was no proper apology or accountability—only “it will grow back in two months.” I left anxious, upset, and with much less hair than I asked for.
