The haircut was fine (I just wanted a simple trim), no complains there, but I found one staff in particular very rude. She made a comment on my hair, and said the way I have it is ‘niet mooi’. I didn’t ask for her opinion. And maybe she didn’t think I understood what she said, which makes it even more rude and unprofessional. The way the appointment ended was very abrupt, as if she was upset I didn’t go for her advice. Other staff were nice, but WOULD NOT RECOMMEND because of this woman.
