This place is highly overrated. Although in my reservation it said "Anna", I was treated by another lady. I asked for layers, the lady insisted that a straight line would be nicer. Now I understand why. It seemed, that she has not cut hair too many times in her life - so uncertain and insecure she was, probably she did not even know how to do the layers. With a straight line she did not succeed either. Could have had the same result cutting split ends myself at home.
