First time I was there, the lady was amazing, my nails looked perfect and she was gentle. This time around I was serviced by someone else, who was in a hurry, did ok job, but was not gentle. I didnt like preparation for the gel polish, i had to ask for my nails to be shorted and to match the same length of other nails There were a few bubbles on the nails due to clumsy preparation for the nail polish.
