I came with too high expectations. 1st it is entirely unclear what exact treatment you book when booking through the treatwell portal. I booked a combo haircut and beard treatment, the haircut, straight forward The beard part not so much. It looks to me like I booked the Deluxe Beard Treatment, on their website boasts; three rounds with hot towels, (I had one). Face scrub (I had none) Ozono therapy (what is it?). I expected perhaps a bit of a treat, while it turned out to be a bit of a bore.
