Overall people are friendly and positive, however, I am not satisfied with overall experience:
- adjustment to COVID poor -> at the door I was asked to clean my hands with alcohol, however, my face was cleaned with the same brush used on everyone
- haircut literally took 15min, expected better value for the price paid, overall amateurish cut, uneven lines
- I was covered with a plastic cover -> felt like sauna under it, sweating all the time, but it was not big enough to cover my legs and hair

They're being mindful about the corona situation. Claudia is great! I wanted to get rid of unwanted layers and she gave great advice on how to proceed to do that properly. She listened to what I asked and did what was necessary to achieve it. Great result! Plus, very friendly. Very recommended!
