Sarah is a very sweet person, but she doesn’t have the proper language skills to understand what the client is asking and then do a good job. The worst part was that her colleague who spoke English was right there (scrolling on her phone) and didn’t help us. I ended up coming home quite disappointed. I’ve been to APs before with other hairdressers and had a good experience. So, I’m really disappointed with this.
