When I booked through Treatwell, I didn’t have the option to choose a stylist. Therefore I was scheduled with Jessie. The initial hair cut was not up to standard, the layers were choppy and uneven, my hair looked thin at the ends and it was a lot shorter than I wanted. I was very unhappy with the result so I decided to report it and the salon was amazing and scheduled me with Victoria the next day to fix it. A very sad cut turned into a good one thanks to Victoria! Happy with the result now.
