I had really nice rounded and long nails, but the girl (I suppose she was an intern by the way she was working) decided to cut them SHORT and STRAIGHT which is something I really don’t like.
I told her I wanted them a bit shorter, but didn’t expect her to make my nails look like baby ones.
Not even talking about the fact that she was 20 minutes late and she didn’t even say sorry or whatever.
Really unprofessional. At least let the user know if the worker is an intern or not before booking.
