I scheduled a Brazilian, but the back wasn't done. I was also left with a lot of stray hairs. There was also no soothing cream/powder/gel applied after the wax, which I've never experienced before. I had to cut chunks of wax out of the stray hairs after I got home. The facilities were clean and the staff was really nice, but the wax wasn't top notch.
