The space was very very cold, yet, to clean the oil right away, they put warm wet towels over you, which still become very cold. Entrance door opening all the time,so chilly air blowing into the“ cabin”. The massage itself was not relaxing or helping at all, in contrast to my many experiences elsewhere. The last few moves on the face wereweird, as it just stretched my skin without any product.The lady was mostly silent,I guess she meant it well. Left the venue crying from the shocking experience
