Helen was super nice and explained the steps she's doing throughout the process. I told her at first that my Dutch is not so good but I would love to continue the conversation in Dutch. She was very understanding and she spoke slowly to me so that I could understand. I really appreciated her patience. Everything was clean and the ambiance was gezellig!
