This was the third time Ivana cut my hair. She has always done a good. This time, at first she cut my hair really good, I was very pleased. However, when she used a razor to reduce the volume (I agreed), she ruined what she had done. I left Aveda not only with a very short hair (which I do not mind), but also with a bad cut hair. As I said, she is very proffessional but this time I do not know what happened to her.
