Previous time I got highlights at Aveda they were perfect. This time definitely not. Not natural, chunky, could've used a toner. Since the hairdresser was super enthusiastic, I noticed the problem only when I excited the salon. Luckily I was able to get it fixed today at another salon. The stylist who fixed it agreed that it was bad and that I was right to hate it.
