Instead of highlights, another treatment was recommend which resulted absolutely contrary to my expectations. A toner had to be applied to give some highlight. the cutting wasn t exactly of my expectation and couldn't be a bit modified at the end as I had been handed over another colleague who made the brushing. No asking by Moris at the end if everything was OK. Very disappointed. Asked for the bill I haven't received yet.
