The atmosphere and friendliness of Aveda is lovely.
However, for me it turned out as a bad hair day.
My appointment was for colour and cut by a master stylist.
Unfortunately I went in with blond hair and came out with hair that was closer to red than blond. Although, credit to Wagner who tried his best to correct the error. The cut was very good.
However, it didn't feel correct that I still had to pay the full price for an obvious mistake.
