High quality at first, but once you’re a repeat client, the service disappears: I am writing this to warn others about the lack of professionalism and accountability at this studio. This stylist uses a "bait and switch" tactic: the first time you go, she is dedicated and takes her time to make your nails perfect. However, once you become a repeat client, the quality drops significantly. Here is what you need to know before booking: • Rushed Work: After the first visit, she no longer takes her time. The dedication disappears, and you will likely leave with issues you didn't notice until you got into better lighting. • Zero Accountability: If you find a mistake and ask for a fix, you are treated as a nuisance. You have to wait for her "convenience" to fix her own errors. If she doesn't have a spot, she makes it clear that the problem is yours, not hers. • The "Inspect it Yourself" Policy: I have proof that her stance is "it is up to the client to check their nails." This is completely unprofessional. When you pay for a professional service, you are paying for their expertise and quality control. If I pay for a meal at a restaurant, I shouldn't have to check the kitchen to see if it was cooked right, that is the professional's job. • A Consistent Pattern: This isn't a onetime mistake. I know others who have had the exact same experience rushed work, followed by a "fix" that didn't actually fix anything. It is clear that once this stylist receives your money, customer satisfaction is no longer her priority. Save your money and go to someone who respects their repeat clients and stands behind their service.

I've been getting my nails done at this salon for 3 years and I'm always very pleased. The salon is very clean and Aysmee is a very nice girl.
