I needed to wait up for more than 25 minutes on the scheduled appointment, they didn’t know that I booked a haircut, moreover they charged me 45 instead of 35 as what it was written in the app when I booked. They justify it by saying they did a special hairstyling! While it was only hair blow dry brushing. Unfortunately wasn’t a good experience overall.
