On the same day I reserved the appointment, I realized the reservation was mistakenly scheduled for that day. I immediately called the salon to request to move the appointment to the following day. However, despite showing availability on the Treatwell page, the salon informed me there was no space. The person I spoke with then abruptly ended the call, promising to return my call, but I never heard back. Today, after finally getting through, I was informed that they would not refund my payment.

Elke keer als ik gellac pedi doe bij Barbie Beauty, dan blijft ie heel lang zitten, veel langer dan bij andere salons. De behandeling zelf duurt ook langer dan elders, misschien is dit de reden. Een aanrader dus en dames zijn ook gezellig.
