My first time getting a wax in an intimate place and 36 weeks pregnant. Elitsa made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She was very honest about the pain. And easily realized I was very sensitive so she helped me figure out how to deal with the pain. She worked fast and detailed which I really appreciated. She definitely convinced me to come back for more waxes.
