It was my first time so I was pretty nervous, but the woman who waxed me was very sweet and funny and made me feel very comfortable. Also the treatment didn't hurt that much. I will definitely come back!

I have never had a bad experience in B&B before, and this visit was very pleasant as well. However, after arriving home I noticed that not all of the hair was removed. Significant amount of hair was left in few places as well as singular hairs here and there and I just don’t get why did the beautician end the appointment without removing it. I mean Hollywood = no hair right.... 🙄
