I had a very bad experience with the facial treatment. I am now dealing with skin damage and am not sure how long recovery will take. Moreover, I booked a 1-hour Pro Facial, but the treatment lasted only around 30 minutes. The place itself felt unprofessional and poorly suited for facial treatments, more like an improvised. I am now seeking treatment and sincerely hope I will not end up with a serious or lasting issue. If I do, I will seek advice regarding my legal rights.
