The salon has a great ambience and Sharon was really nice but the waxing experience was not pleasant. The brazilian wax wasn’t dry when she was trying to remove it, and thus the hair was not removed entirely, everything was more painful and had to repeat the process and pull more times than needed. I could feel how sticky the wax still was. For the legs it was ok but at some point the wax in the roller was over so I had to wait for a new wax to warm up.
