I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Firstly, the music was a spotify soundtrack which every 15 mins had an advert break. Secondly, the beautian was using her phone during my facial. I noticed that there was breaks of silence - usually you hear them prepare or put away the product. But it was noting, turned twice ands saw her hide her phone which was placed on a towel to prevent the noise being made of her picking up.
Essential paid for someone to go on her phone.
