I had very high hopes because of their reviews and reputation. The eyelash lift was done on a size S, for someone who has long eyelashes - my lashes ended up looking shorter because of the tighter curl. She also missed tinting the outer eyelashes because apparently “it wasn’t possible”. She accidentally included a couple of my lower eyelashes in the perm and tint. Not the best experience. I explained that I wanted a light brown brow tint because I have blonde hair - but I left with black brows.
