It was an extremely hot day so the wax was struggling to cool down and harden which made it a bit difficult for the beautician and also a little more painful.
The beautician was very lovely and made me feel comfortable given the situation!!

I booked the appointment just 10 minutes in advance, but the personnel was very welcoming despite the last-minute notice. The place is clean and peaceful. My skin was very smooth after the behandeling, probably because of the products they use. The lady was friendly. I would go again!
