My eyebrows look full and healthy a nice shape, pain free and was careful to build the colour up on my eyebrows given I have fair skin and light coloured eyebrows. Julia was lovely, professionally trained and friendly, intuitively new what would suit me. Website (and Julia) was easy for the English speaker
