The lady that helped me (eventually, it was a bit chaotic and very busy) was rude and not happy at all to help me. I came for a Biab removal and she removed everything with the electronic file, which made my own nails feel hot and it didn’t feel good. She kept complaining my nails were breaking and I wasn’t comfortable at all with the harsh way she did it. I kept mentioning it was becoming too hot. It was very uncomfortable that het attitude was so bad. I will definitely not return unfortunately
