I am very disappointed about this appointment for several reasons: -I booked the manicure and pedicure online with one of the beautician. I got the pedicure by someone else who was clearly working here for the first time, could not speak English or Dutch and was very lost. The shop owner who was not busy at the moment did not even tried to help her… She did not do a bad job but it was quick and not relaxing. -I got the manicure done by the shop owner. She was rude and absent, distracted by her phone and looking somewhere else! She really could not bother more with me… She damaged my skin at a lot of spots, now I have some bleeding fingers… she kept on saying my cuticules were very dry, but she barely put any cream or oil to improve it! -last but not least. The shop owner sold me a bag with some files, saying that this is what they do now “in these crazy times you never know” for hygiene. OK why not. In the end I figured she used the already used files that were on the table! Unbelievable! In the end the result is not bad but also not very well made… I am just very disappointed by the attitude and lack of professionalism. This was not at all the relaxing appointment I was wishing for!
