I always like coming ton Beauty by Megan and the expert is always good, but this time I was the first customer, at 10 and because she only started at 10, the wax was not ready at 10 as the would start warming up the wax only at 10, so then I was taken in at 10:15...15 minutes later from my appointment. If an appointment is at 10, the customer should be taken in at the time of the appointment and the session and materials be ready for the session at the time of the appointment.
