I had to wait 25mn, and the lady was wasn’t very soft on my legs, she was very fast and wasn’t really careful with me... in overall the was is good but it looks like she was rushing

I waited for more than 15 min after my PAID reservation time. But the staff seemed no worry. I talked to them a few times and finally I could have service. They add nail files for purchase in addition to the service like scam promotion. Finally, the mailing cut my skin by the file and it bled a bit, after that every liquid she applied really stung. Also I asked “square” and the nailst said “?! It’s difficult” though I think it’s normal.
