Hi! I have been going to Beauty by Megan for sometime. This time I was dissatisfied: -I booked waxing with one employee, but treatment was done by another one. -the waxing itself..what an experience! While doing Brazilian waxing, I got big pieces of waxing on top of my skin, not small ones as it is normally done to hurt less. Waxing was thrown in my skin in such a ‘I don’t care/I want to finish this as soon as possible’ way...same for the rest of body! -instead of 1h20m it took 45m,so fast!

Horrible Hand nail refill experience. They filed my nails and managed to have 2 of my fingers bleeding cause the technician was totally careless. I asked to don’t cut the nails too short and to have them in almond shape, I got short square nails. When I asked clarification about it during the treatment I was told to not worry and it would be fixed, it was just temporary. It was not. Rude service and poor skills.
