Svetlana was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable. I told her about my last wax appointment somewhere else and that I had a horrible experience there. She reassured me and made me feel calm by checking in the whole time if I was ok. She knows what she’s doing and is very patient and made everything feel painless. Would totally recommend! 10/10
